Veriform Foundry is a complete ETL pipeline for migrations. It extracts legacy data from SAP, Oracle, Excel and CSV, transforms it into your new platform's format with a confidence score and a reason for every field, and loads it.

Most migrations need both: a tool that makes mapping fast and traceable, and people who have done it before. Choose how much you want to run yourselves.

Your engineers run migrations in Veriform Foundry. We set up your target schema, train your team and support you along the way.

Our migration engineers deliver the project end to end on Veriform Foundry, from data assessment to cutover, and hand you the platform and every approved mapping.
Veriform Foundry extracts data from your old systems, transforms it into your new platform's format, and loads it, with every step counted, checked and traceable. The AI helps with the hardest part, the mapping, and people approve every rule

This is the mapping workspace. Open any row to see the AI's proposal, its reasoning and concerns, then approve it, pick another option or enter your own field.

One mapping proposed, with the evidence behind it. Reviewers approve in bulk or change it.
The top proposal plus alternatives, each with its own score and reason, and what's holding the score back.
Several candidates, what's missing or conflicting, and a field to enter the right mapping yourself.
Veriform Foundry builds records in the structure your new platform expects, checks them against its schema, and keeps a trail from every value back to where it came from.

When we deliver the migration, our engineers work on Veriform Foundry with your business and IT teams, and you keep the platform and every approved mapping afterwards.
Phase 1
Audit source systems and data quality, agree scope and set the target schema.
Phase 2
Pull data from SAP, Oracle, databases and files, with record counts at every step.
Phase 3
Map every field with your team, fix duplicates and gaps, translate code lists.
Phase 4
Repeat full loads until records validate and balances reconcile to the cent.
Phase 5
Final extract, load and sign-off, planned to the hour with a rollback path.
Phase 6
Support after go-live, fixing issues found in billing and customer service.
The engineers who run your migration also build the software, so issues get fixed in the product, not worked around.
You get reconciliation reports, mapping documentation and the full audit trail at sign-off.
Approved mappings stay with you, ready for the next wave or the next system.
Migration data rarely arrives clean. Headers start on row four, one customer is spread across five files, and half the columns are codes. Veriform Foundry is built for that.
Business partners, contracts, installations, readings
Persons, accounts, service agreements, premises
Multiple sheets, offset headers, merged cells
Any delimiter, encoding or date format
Nested exports flattened into tables
Direct read from Postgres, SQL Server, Oracle DB
The language model proposes mappings and explains them. Approved rules then run deterministically, so every trial load produces the same result for the same input.
Balances, transactions and meter readings are never approved automatically, whatever the score. Someone signs off on each one.
When a record fails, you see the source file, column and row it came from, the transform applied, and who approved the rule.
Approved mappings and corrections are kept as reference, so similar columns on the next migration score higher and need fewer decisions.
